Revenue Sharing

Have you heard about affiliate marketing? It is the sharing of revenue between publishers and advertisers , which is based from sales performance, registrations or clicks. It is mostly online marketing . Clickbooth Affiliate Network is one of the examples I have seen , and I am still exploring their website since I am interested in joining their team. Signing up is easy as 1-2-3 , you just have to fill up the application form online and submit, then wait for the verification process. Once it is approved , a representative will contact you to guide you through the process. You can either be a publisher or an advertiser. And in my case, I want to sign up as a publisher , where I can also use the Referral Campaign and receive 2% gross referral credit for life plus an additional $10 bonus for every affiliate referred.

As a publisher, i can start by putting up some banners at my site. The affiliate manager will contact me for the best offers that would fit my site, and I will start earning by then. I can also discontinue with some banners if I feel like it's not performing well at my site. My knowledge for now is still limited, but I am continually researching the process, and I plan to call their 24/7 live support for some of my questions. I see this revenue sharing program as a big earning opportunity for me, and I do hope I can be a part of it soon.

Weird me

I am no fan of Japanese food.

I can eat 1 or 2 pcs of California Maki, but that's too seldom too happen. Ayaw din ni Gelo eh. He can only eat Chicken at Teriyaki Boy and at Tokyo 2x.. other than that, wala na.

So I really feel totally weird now that Im craving for the Mixed Sushi platter at Suki Market. Cheap but yummy!

Haayy.. i cant wait to munch! Im 5 months preggy , and its only now that Im reaaally craving for food.

Will I soon be a convert?? Let's see.

On being Lucky

When you stay at home the entire day, you sometimes feel that you always want to try something new. May it be inclined with arts, music or even new games to play. At times when Im done with house chores, I make it a point to do something for myself, like a reward for a hard day's work. One afternoon , I decided to try and check out online casinos. My mom and my sister recently went to Reno, Nevada, and they only had nice stories to share. They are not really into casinos , but they made it a point to try slot machines. And they had a great time. Talk about beginner's luck, eh?

So i tried reading first about slot machines, as I think this is easier to play than any other card games at the casino. So I first checked on the websites that would give me Best Casino Payouts , who knows, I might be on the lucky side too. And luckily, I stumbled upon sites that would give me bonuses for signing up, and additional bonus once I win, and im not disappointed at all. Im telling you, its nice to give it a try once in a while. It's fun, exciting and rewarding too.

Binagyong weekend at Tagaytay part 1

.. oh not only binagyo.. with matching fever episodes pa of Gelo since Saturday night. But still we had fun at our room.

We left our place at around 7:30 am , because I fear the heavy traffic at SLEX. Fortunately, no traffic at all. We first stopped at Gelo's office at Laguna Technopark in Sta. Rosa because he needs to attend a very important meeting plus he needs to check their production set up for the weekend. Joaqui and I stayed inside the car coz it was raining, and when the sky cleared a bit, we went strolling around their huge parking lot ( but we weren't allowed to take pics though). Bawal daw pa picture dun sabi ni Gelo. Ang arte ha !

Here's the little boy while waiting for his dad inside the car..

** quiet mom.. sakit ulo ko **

** I am Superman! I can raise this car with just one hand **

** walang magawa na bata.. bored na! **

part 2.. At The Boutique .. coming very soon!

Back from a short weekend getaway

Yes, we arrived home safe despite the heavy rains from Tagaytay to Manila ( more of heavy flood in Manila). Thank God too, Gelo was able to drive us home safely though he's sick. As of writing, he is still having fever episodes since Saturday afternoon. Whew! I am so tired and I just cant wait to share stories and pictures later. But I think , the major story is not about our Boutique experience... It's our ER trip this sunday afternoon despite the rains and heavy flood surrounding UST Hospital. You shouldn't miss that ..It was a fun experience. It's a "date" to cap off our anniversary celebration. Hahaha. Let me just check on some life insurance rates online while I am downloading the pictures.

Later!

Nowhere to Park?

Living in the city truly has it rewards, but still one thing that I don't like here is the lack of space. It is so rare that you would find a place with a big lawn or space for parking, so it ends up that all the cars are parked on the street. And yes, that contributes to the heavy traffic at the main streets. So when my cousin told me that he has plans of buying a bigger car for his family, something like a van, I really told him that he should have a parking space for that. One thing that I like about your own parking space is that you feel and you know that your vehicle is secured. Less worries for accidents on the street too, like cars hitting etc. But now, there is a solution for the lack of parking space. Garages for rent are becoming so popular now. You just have to be vigilant in getting one. Most are on a monthly basis of lease , and the rates vary too, so as with the terms and conditions. Contract Parking will give you a secured space for your vehicle, keeping it safe and protected , and of course you can come and go the parking space anytime you want. Its like having your own parking lot at home.

Trade Shows and More

We recently attended a trade show about different state of the art products in the market now. My hubby's uncle is one of the exhibitors, so we were also tasked to help him man the booth. But at most times, my hubby and I went around the area to check on the latest products. I really wanted to see all of the trade show booths that time, and I was amazed with the design and concepts they have for now in showcasing their products. From Table skirts , to product presentation, and even the banner stands , everything is just well coordinated and in the right position and appearance. I really had a great time looking around the exhibit area.

The booth that we manned then uses not just tables, but even some pipe and drape , that was used as base for backdrop drapery sets. I can really tell that it was a success because all the booths were fantastically designed , and i know we were all able to showcase our products. I do hope this won't be the last time we can visit such a trade show.

Kilig.

Tomorrow, June 19, Gelo and I will celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary . Yiheee!

We will start the day by visiting my OB at UST, I wasnt able to have my check up last Saturday, Dra had an emergency at the Ultrasound section, and I cant wait any longer, so walkout ako :) Since her clinic hours is from 12-2 pm, we will just have lunch at SM maybe, or even at the fast food restos at the UST Parking. I always eat rice even before it's 12 noon. As in I cant wait, LOL.

After my check up, off we will go to the mall, MOA maybe? See, no definite plans yet. I need to buy an evening bag and shoes (not too high like the ones i have now) because we will attend my bestfriend's wedding on Friday.

On Saturday, we are hitting Tagaytay for an overnight stay at The Boutique. A last minute decision for us, because Gelo wasn't sure of his schedule from work yet. So we settled for the I Dream room , i know we will have the grandest time whichever room we have. And you might ask if we will bring the little boy with us.. OF COURSE! I can't sleep without him by my side. We plan to check Bag of Beans, Pink Sisters , and Cliffside. Lets see if I have the powers, lately, i get tired easily.

I will have a separate post for our anniv of course :) later. work muna.

Budget friendly Holidays

Eversince we got married, I make it a point to my husband that we should have a family vacation, at least twice a year. I find it relaxing, and I see it as an escape from our usual life in the metro, but on top of eveything, I love spending time with them, just the 3 of us enjoying the beach, the sun and nature. But since we are expecting another baby at the end of this year, Im afraid we can't have it twice per year. It is costly to go on vacation when you are already growing in numbers,so maybe , we can stick with one vacation per year. I would still love to give my family a nice place to stay in during breaks, and that is one thing that I can compromise with budget. So as early as now, I am checking on Cheap holidays at the net , because we plan to travel early next year , with my 2 kids in tow by then. My 2 yr old son is not free anymore with the airfare, but lucky enough, I have seen good rates for the flights. I have also seen flights plus hotel deals, and that would really give you bigger savings than by just getting the hotel package. Now , I think , we can still accomodate 2 travels per year. I never thought it would be this easy, fast and low cost when you book your flights and hotels online. I am actually a bit hesitant at first to visit these sites, but after seeing the prices, I am convinced, i will definitely book with them the next time we travel.

Lighting Needs

The house decorating procedure is almost done. I am just so thankful because I got too stressed with it recently. From furnitures, decors and wall colors and all. Now we are only short of one thing, and that is lighting . I made it a point to have it on mylist because I believe that lights createas an over-all impact at the house. It can actually make or break your furnitures and decors. Last weekend, I decided to check out some Indoor lighting materials that we can install at the living room, dinig area and bedroom of course. Corner halogen lamps are also a part of my list, but I think it is not energy efficient, and it might cost us a little higher than our usual electricity bill. But lets see, we wont be using it during daytime, at most, the halogens would only be used at night. I also checked on some Outdoor Lighting for the patio. We have a bigger patio now, than the previous layout , so i know, we will be needing more lights than before. I plan to get something that would perfectly blend at night, it doesn't need to be bright at all. Something that would complete the mood when you want to go star gazing, or if you wanna catch some fresh air before hitting the bed. This is definitely the last on my list, Im way over our budget now.

Under Renovation

Better finish changing the layout of this blog , habang di pa ko tinatamad. I cant decide yet with the colors, hay.. I want a new look badly!

Be back!

Curious.

Since the time I got my hands with the laptop again, I make it a point to visit some sites that I really find interesting. This landed me to extenze , and there I saw that it's a website for men. But women can still browse and buy from the site of course. I read the enzyte review , because it is one of their best selling products, and I was overwhelemd by the testimonials and feedbacks written by the users. Virgx plus is also getting in demand nowadays. If you don't know what I am talking about, better check on my links.

Empty Inbox

Would you believe that i have 5000 ++ mails at my Yahoo inbox?? LOL.

Last Sunday night, I decided to clean up my yahoo account from mails, some were dated June 2007 pa! Most were from my yahoogroup , N@W , and a few from my favorite online shopping sites where I signed up for newsletters. Now i have a very clean, almost empty inbox. I really hope I can keep it this way, as I tend to forget deleting mails. Today, everytime I find something irrelevant for me, I delete it right away. And it feels good sseing that you only have 20 mails in your inbox.. than 5000++ LOL. Parang gumaan ang buhay ko hahaha.

Fort Myers Trip

After my sister's trip at Reno, Nevada two weeks ago, she is set to have a short vacation at Florida by next month. This will be her first time in the place, and she will be with some of her officemates. Their key destination is Fort Myers, the City of Palms. Known for it's water surroundings, they are really planning their itinerary ahead of time. They are renting a car for their convenience since they will travel as a group. She found a very useful site that can help you from rent a car in fort myers , to flight information, and hotel arrangements. It' a one-stop site for them , because it connects them to the best-priced websites that can provide these services. They already secured tickets for their flights, so they are just searching for the best tourist attractions the place has to offer. Of course, they wouldn't miss out the Historical Museum, and the Harborside Event museum. They are still checking the website for some travel guides and best deals they could get, to make sure that they are not missing on anything with the place. But they will definitely visit the Yacht Basin, and maybe try it too. I am more excited than her, because for sure, she will have another great time there.

It's your day!

Happy Father's Day Daddy Gelo ! Thank you for everything .. We love you !

- Peachy, Joaqui & Baby #2

Have fun while playing

Last week, my mom and my sister visited Reno, Nevada and they had the time of their life. They did not only toured the place , but they were able to play casino during the day. They are not really gamblers by nature, but they both told me that it is such a different experience to be there playing while having fun. As to my moms happiness, she finds it relaxing to do some casino visits once in a while. But she is just too busy with work lately and Reno is a 2 hour drive from their place. So she just want to try online Casinos . I gave her a list of sites to visits , most are one stop sites where you can find tutorials and reviews. She may also download the software from the websites to make things easier for her. She is just into playing roulette and slot machines as she is not knowledgeable of card games. After she received the list of sites, it made her even more excited to try it out. Imagine playing at the comfort of your home, and you still have the option to play with real or online money. I hope this will help her ease some boredom and may she just have fun while playing.

Drool ..

** Maclaren Lacoste for Him (almost $400 ) **

** Maclaren Kate Spade for her (almost $300) **

That's all I can do for now.. just drool and stare with these pictures. We still have Joaqui's Graco and Maclaren Triumph strollers, so I dont have any plans of buying one. BUT !!!! if my mom will be here on Nov or Dec, I might sell the Triumph and get one of these :) LOL.

I checked on Bugaboo too, but its too pricey for me. Plus I dont think I can use all of its features here. Plus I find it bulky too. ( wala lang talaga ko money for that, dami ko pa reasons hahaa) .
I want the Lacoste one!!! I need to show this to Gelo, let's see his reaction... I can already hear him say : " Ano na naman yan, Chy? Puro ka gastos. " .. Bwahahaha.

May Hooray !

Thanks to Jacqui for this tag.. Though I just had my birthday last May, habol pa ko.. wala pa gift si Gelo eh :)

The rules:

1.Determine your birthday month and get a word that rhymes with it or you can affix to it. Caps lock your birth month (ex: MAYday! JUNE dune, APRILicious, JULYvely, AUGUST pocus, parched MARCH…). Be unique.

2.Your birth month plus the word affixed or rhymed shall become the tag’s title in your case.

3.Get your birthday and add the digits involved. Example, if your birthday falls on the 25th of July, add 2 and 5 you get 7.

4.Whatever is the sum, write a list of the MATERIAL gifts you wish to receive, the number of which shall correspond to the sum of your birthday. For example, applying the case above (in rule number 3), you will write seven (7) things you wish to receive.

5.After your wish list, put your name and birthday in the Bloggers’ Birthday Directory, with a link to your blog/s. Note: when you add your birthday, please place it in a way that the dates appear chronological (January, February… 1, 2, 3)

6.Pass this tag meme by tagging as many people as you want.

Peachy - May 10 :) - kainis ! 1 wish lang??? hahaha

My Wish:

** LV Damier Speedy or a Philip Stein Watch **
(ayan, naka bold pa dapat para mabasa ni Gelo, LOL )

(wait, nasan ang list ng Bloggers' Bday directory? is there a masterlist? )

Grab this one :) Enjoy talaga! Sana maging totoo and wish ko .. hahaha! nagpaparinig!!!

Home needs

I never knew that it would take us ages to finish shopping for our newly renovated house. Actually, the construction of the front yard is not yet completely done. It's huge than how I imagined it to be, and now we have to add a few more finishing touches to have its complete look. I ordered a custom made Address Plaques that bears the house number and the street name. Then Hubby is still deciding which residential mailboxes to install. He wants it to be wall mounted by the way, since we don't have enough space for the post type.

Things right now makes me feel even more excited. I guess it's a homeowner's dream of decorating his own place, according to what he really prefers. Hubby is really hands-on when it comes to the materials , furnitures and the likes. Apart from the design and appearance, quality matters the most to him. That's the reason why he is so in love with the whitehall mailboxes , he finds it classic and elegant. I hope we can finish with our home shopping, so we can start putting up everything in the house.

I almost forgot about a lot fo things lately. No secon dose of epidural yet, and here I am, so forgetful. Over the weekend, I finished filling up our check for the car amortization til I realized I am short of checks already. Hahaha. So We need to request for a new one by tomorrow. Then Our car insurance needs to be renewed for the coming year. Car registration will also expire by August, but Gelo is tasked to do that. Lastly, we are getting my MIL a new health insurance with a better coverage than her previous one. Weee. How can I be so forgetful recently?

To have fun

My mom was recently invited by my sister to join in their company sponsored trip to Las Vegas. She was so delighted because this will be her first time at the said place. She got too excited not to just to see the place but to try casinos there too. She's really not into gambling, but she said she wants to give casinos a try. In preparation for their trip next month, she asked me what games are easy to learn and at the same time , it should have big chances of her winning. Since I am not into casinos too , I suggest that she should go and check an Online Casino first. Being able to experience the things online is like playing the actual game itself at the site. What's good with it being online is that you have the option of playing with real or play money. If you desire to try your luck with real money , everything is guaranteed safe and secure. I told my mom to open a free practice account so she can try the games like slot machines and roulette. I hope she will learn from her practice, so by the time she visits Vegas, she somehow has the concept on how everything goes at casinos. I feel excited for them too. Hope they will have a taste of beginners luck in Vegas.

Happy Friday !

its friday once again , another time with the whole family. Im not sure of our plans yet for saturday and sunday because hubby is not feeling well. Actually, I am scheduled to attend a Surprise Bridal Shower for a very dear friend in high school. I just wish Gelo will drop me off at my friend's condo at Mandaluyong tomorrow. Its a clean party im telling you, LOL. He said he wanted to rest , so that means no driving for him.. We are also supposed to attend a wedding at Fernbrook Garden on Sunday for Gelo's officemate, but decided not to attend na lang. Gelo's friends aren't attending so he's afraid we don't know anyone at the wedding Hahaha! Some of those who will attend from their office are not really his close ones, so we might just get bored later on. Oh well, let's wait and see if we will have some changes on our sched by tomorrow.

Enjoy the weekend everyone :)

Paris is for Me

Though we put a stop on our travels and vacations for this year, there's really one place that I am dreaming of.. all the time. And that is Paris. It may not be on top of my list now , since we plan on visiting my family in California next year, but i know that in the years to come, we can visit the romantic place with our kids. I love reading anything about Paris, especially seeing pictures of the majestic places they offer. I already have a partial list of my "must visit places in Paris" once we decide to have vacation there. A lot of websites offers Tours in Paris already , you can even book them online. Its always great to have a well-arranged tour with a guide because you are definite that you are seeing the best and what really needs to be seen. Everything is arranged before hand. They offer different options to choose from. Of course, I wouldn't miss out seeing the Eiffel Tower and dine at Altitude 95. A stroll down Champs - Elysees would be the best way to spend a romantic evening. The Notre Dame Cathedral is also on my list since most tourists visit this place too. If you are on the arts side, You must check out Louvre. Wow! I just can't wait to have a tour in Paris soon with my family. It gets me even more excited again after seeing the pictures.

Our Thursday.. tiring thursday

Yesterday was the first death anniversary of my father-in-law. We started our day by hearing Mass as St. Vincent de Paul Parish at Ermita, then headed to Antipolo. We went to their house and picked up Gelo's grandma and aunt. The construction at the veranda part was still pending because of some permit requirements that needs to be finished yet. hay. We then visited Papa at the Cemetery and offered prayers. It was almost lunchtime when we arrived at Robinson's Metro East and had an all filipino lunch at Max's . Waahh .. I ate a lot. NOw i can say that I am eating for two:)

We went back to Gelo's place after checking out the mall. Sadly, i wasnt able to find any dress for me, nothing really caught my attention. Not even shoes. We just bought some acne treatment for Gelo's cousin. After the Antipolo trip, we decided to check out Dapitan Arcade. The place is small , and not well ventilated I should say, ang init! But there's a lot to buy for the house. We were supposed to buy 3 jars, unfortunately, there's no new stock so we decided to have it reserved in case there's a new delivery. We bought merienda form Suki market (famous for the Japanese food in bilao that's incredibly cheap and yummy ) and Food Corner near UST and feasted on it at My MIL's place. I had spaghetti and California Maki.. LOL What a pair! we went home dead tired and I didnt managed to get into my laptop. I just want to sleep and be in bed.

Where to go?

Eversince I got pregnant , our other travel plans got set aside. There's always a next time for vacations. We prioritize the heath and safety of our 2nd baby of course. Travelling can always wait. As early as now, I am thinking on when we can have our next vacation with the hew baby. I hope to spend Joaqui's 3rd birthday and my 30th ( yay! im 30 by next year?!?!) in HongKong or Singapore maybe. And that mean we are tagging along our 5 month old baby by then.. whew! This is challenging. Joaqui will be on a full rate too, so I better check for cheap flights, and maybe cheap hotels as long as the quality and service is not compromised.

I am enjoying my time with Joaqui, eventhough he loves to play rough! Thats the reason why I cant really get things done. He would always call me , or tell me to close the laptop. hehehe

We are half way through this year, and if there's one reason to celebrate this June, that would definitely be our 3rd wedding anniversary. That would fall on a weekend, and we don't have definite plans yet. We might just have a really good dinner since I always want to eat and get full. But last weekend, my husband asked me if I would still want to buy the baume and mercier watch I am dreaming for quite some time now, and without batting an eyelash, I said Yes! I heart the watch ever since I saw it at the mall.

And since I am so much into online shopping, I searched for the best rates I could find from trusted online stores of course. I was a bit hesitant at first, but Vialuxe is one of the best sites I have seen. I am not a big fan of watches, I only have a few but this one really caught my attention. Last year my husband gave me a Sports watch, so I think this type is something new for me. So why do I like the brand? Its a trusted name since 1830 would you believe? And a few words to describe their products .. classic and elegant. I already made a lot of research about this brand and Im getting great reviews online. Vialuxe is truly one dependable online site. I am not having second thoughts anymore of buying this precious watch online. I already informed my husband about the price and he was so happy to know that we are saving big bucks from online shopping. So that would mean more extra money for some other expenses.

Conversations with Joaqui

Many people told me that Joaqui seems to be advance when it comes to vocabulary and conversation matters.. Of course, I am one proud momma! LOL ! Even his pedia commented on how he clearly and distinctly say words even before he turned 2 last April. I think he got that from me ( again ! , hihihi) . For sure, di naman kokontra si Gelo. So here's a sample of our conversation during mornings. I hope I can capture it in video soon.

Joaqui : Good Morning Mommy! Let's go down. Lets eat now. ( o diba demanding!)

Mommy : Morning baby! Im still sleepy. ( then i'll close my eyes and pretend to sleep again)

Joaqui : No! Mommy!! Wake up!! Wake Up!! ( while pointing at my eyes)

Mommy will open her eyes..

Mommy : What ? Im sleepy. Where's daddy?

Joaqui : Daddy.. office.

Mommy: ok. Mommy will go to office later .

Joaqui : Mommy.. office!! There!!! (pointing to our computer table)..

Hahaha! I now have an office at home.

After too much kulit from the little boy and endless "pleases".. i have no choice but to be up.

Mommy : Alright. Let's go down.

Joaqui: Alright. Go down! Go down! Go down!

Haayy.. sometimes i just cant help but wonder on how he learned some words. Maybe he heard it from me or from his dad. Or from the shows he's watching. I noticed on how he easily recognized things, remember it and even associate it with a person or event. I will be back for more stories of my boy.

And in case you are wondering what's the story behind the picture.. I will blog about it soon :)
