Mommy's gift

This is my gift for Joaqui last Christmas day. Thanks to a dear friend who made shipping possible. I got this from Etoys at a discounted price, like 50%off its price here in Manila, not bad huh?! Actually, I dont have plans of checking out toys that time, I was busy reading about Fire Service degrees when my friend sent me a message about the ongoing sale. No regrets at all, my boy loves it to death and plays the Click Start most of the time. Its such an educational toy, just like all of his toys from Leap Frog. Now i plan to buy some more cartridge for added fun.

Mc Queen laptop

I saw this last night at the mall , and to tell you honestly, i find it really appealing to anyone who adores Lightning McQueen . I was calling my son then, he was at the other side of the store with his dad because he just wants to play piano with the display. I don't know but lately, he is interested with pianos. He has a toy piano, but maybe I should look for something like Cars or Mickey Mouse piano , is there such a thing? He is really into music, first it was drums, then guitar , and now it's piano. I wonder what will he really like when he gets older. I cant wait for him to take lessons too.

meet the crew

These are tiny Cars characters that I got from 168 last December. Its actually 5 pieces, i think Sheriff is missing here. He must be somewhere at the playroom or maybe under our new tv stand . Got this for 50 pesos i think ( its not more than 70) , for the complete set. It fits perfectly in his little hands. And since its cheap, dont ever expect a good quality , hahaha look what happened to Sally ..



I repaired her with some tape because I cant throw her away since Joaqui told me that Sally is his car. We have a blue car thats why he keeps on referring this as Joaqui 's Car. As of writing , its been 3 months and he still plays with these. Sulit na!

My mom got him a Fisher Price Shake 'n Go Cars ( Mc queen, Mater, Batman , NASCAR) when it was on Sale, i think each costs $5 , and when i saw it here in Manila, it retails at Php 999 .. Whaaat? Do the math. Im too tired to convert :)

Wanted : Repairman

He loves playing with this car track/ repair center given to him by his dad last Christmas. The screw driver is his favorite tool, he usually tightens the screws and bearings at this track. Even at his playschool, I would see him playing with all these construction tools. Maybe I should get him a complete set soon so he can explore and discover how it works. I know that this kind of toy stimulates a child's imagination and thinking so this would really be a great help for his development now that he is turning 3.

My Gasoline Boy

I was browsing Amazon this afternoon because of Jacqui, when i came across this Playskool Tonka Lil Gas Pump at the site's Toys Outlet Section. You see , Joaqui loves cars , and he is so influenced by his dad with this Gas station thingie. You would often hear him say "One thousand, Unleaded" when he is holding some coins, LOL.

I wouldnt let this toy pass. Bwahaha! I already showed it to him a while ago, and he was really jumping when I told him that this will be my gift for his birthday.

Early Christmas Gift

I've heard good feedbacks about this toy from my fellow MBAP's . So the shopaholic me got this for the boy too. He played it once and I can tell how much he had fun though he doesn't understand everything yet :) Basta, he likes it.

Elmo and Joaqui Doodles

He loves this!! My mom (as usual) bought this for him and she also have extra pens for use of his cousins when they are here. The Elmo Set includes an image and a car stamper too. Numbers and letters appear on the sides.. even Gelo and I loves it! Joaqui loves to trace his hand , our hand.. he doodles a lot and i can say that this is really so innovative lol , worry free talaga:) now im thinking of getting him the Travel aquadoodle that he can use at the car or whenever we are out, its available at Toys R Us website and at Target too. But since I cant afford to shop, i might ask mommy to buy it for the little boy hehehe.
