no hopes

yes, no smartbro connection til this very moment, im stuck with dial up! grrr! i had the worst customer service experience from smart today. gawd, i wonder how they train their agents regarding phone etiquette. I asked for the agent's supervisor and i said that i am willing to wait. and his reply "ma'am kahit naman po yung supervisor ang makausap nyo, yun din naman po sasabihin nya sa inyo".. so i said " sya ang gusto ko makausap, hindi ikaw, so can you please just get your supervisor for me?"... he placed me on hold for like 3 mins, so i thought that by the time he's back, il get the chance to talk to the sup. But when he get back on me he said .."ma'am i'v e already forwarded your concern to the support group. rest assured that its being taken care of".. hay, ano ba ang hindi nya naiintindihan sa sinabi ko?would you believe it happened twice.. i asked for the supervisor again pero yun pa din sagot nya every time babalikan nya ko. I was pissed na talaga.. so i said " Ano ba ang hindi mo naiintindihan sa sinasabi ko? sabi ko gusto ko maka usap ang supervisor mo. wala akong paki alam sa support group nyo! yung supervisor mo ang gusto ko makausap. bakit ba hindi mo sya maibigay sa akin? meron ka bang hindi naiintindihan sa sinasabi ko?"

finally, after that i was transferred to the sup! haay, actually hindi na yung connection ko ang ni report ko, but this agent na walang etiquette at all. I even asked if he is new pero hindi naman daw. So matagal na pla sya and he still don't know how to handle calls. Im giving them til sunday, and im thinking of pulling out my account, i dont care if they have a lock in period of one year.. basta i wont pay them na, and wala akong pakialam kahit i disconnect pa nila ko. bwiset!

naku peach, panget talaga customer service ng smartbro at di ko alam kung mga college grad ba ang hini hire nila kse noong ako din dati, sobrang di ako ma gets ng kausap ko. Di ko na matandaan yung concern ko non, pero after 1 day nag follow up ako tapos yun palang finile na report noong unang kausap ko, eh mali since di nya pala ako naintindihan. Nainis na talaga ako non, parang yung linya mo sa kanila, ganon din sinabi ko at bakit hindi nga nila ako maintindihan.

At bastos nga sila kausap. Hinihingi ko yung name ng kausap ko, ayaw ibigay, tapos naririnig ko nag tatawanan pa sila kse sobrang inis ko na.

Kahit naman sa mga tele center ng Smart, ganyan attitude ng mga customer service eh.

that's terrible service. I've been thinking about getting a globelines dsl. Maganda kaya service nila here in our area?

abie - kakainis talaga, very poor service. they called me nga today , ok na daw ung base station namin. eh we're here at my inlaws so il check when we get back.

jenni - im not sure pa of globelines in our area. haay nakakainis talaga service nila

naku, ive had my share of not so nice incidents with smart bro's customer service din. si hindi ka nagiisa haha.

peachy, good for you nga you can get hold of a customer service rep... everytime me problem ako sa connection ko and i call, nag iinit na phone sa kaka wait and dial ng number wala pa din nangyayari. good thing naman we are able to connect after so many attempts of power cycling the modem and restarting the computer. hay, pero kaiinis pa din pag bagal ang connection.

jane - kakainis no, so madami pala talaga ang victims ng customer service nila. hehehe..

arlene - naku, nag power cycle din ako before calling them, enable and disable, buti tumawag ako, thats when i learned na somethings wrong na pala with our base station.

Smart Bro ba ang usapan dito bwahaha siguro kung may meanest customer list sila nasa page 1 ata ako nun haha. Pinalitan nila ang antenna namin ha, kasi wala na naman sa ayos ung internet namin. :<
