Finally , me and my husband are starting out with our Healthier Lifestyle this 2013. Well, we have to admit that we are not getting any younger and that we need to be more fit and eat healthy if we want to enjoy more in life. I am planning to consult a nutritionist so we can address what is best for us especially my husband now has Diabetes.
On the other hand , we will also be doing rounds of exercises with friends , like running. We have rubber shoes already but a trainer suggested we get
insoles for running too! This will make running easier and would avoid some injuries too.
