Would you believe that at 1 year and 5 months, Joaquin can actually turn on the TV on his own, call my attention and say "blue!" , meaning he wants me to switch on his Blue's clues DVD?! This scenario happens everyday. My son is a DVD buff I know, so much like his dad.
Last April, my mom gave him a portable DVD player that we carry along everytime we travel. We even brought it with us at the hospital when he was admitted. It is a great help for me because it keeps the little boy busy when we travel, and whenever he gets bored, he would usually watch his favorite shows. This player plays the DIVX format , unlike the others who are still not that updated. This portable 10 inch DVD player is so easy to carry around and the screen resolution is really the best I've seen. This portable dvd player includes a rechargeable battery pack that lasts upto 4 hours of continuos watching. You can also plug it directly to your cigarette lighter for in-car use. We will get a Television tuner soon, so we can watch the local channels while on the road. Isn't it great?
