Looking for a Bass Guitar

I am so busy lately doing the preparations for the 7th birthday of my son. In a few weeks time, we will celebrate his special day along with family, friends and his classmates. Tomorrow we will have his pre-birthday shoot and I am preparing all the clothes and props that we will need. I found out that we don't have a guitar yet so I called a friend and tried my luck. It was so timely, he got himself anaria electric bass at Musicians Friend last Christmas and he is willing to lend it to my son for his photo shoot. I need to make sure that I won't forget anything because we are doing it in the outdoors , quite far from our home.
